The candidate shall perform varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment in order to design business solutions utilizing ERP system to meet customer needs
Responsibilities:
- Lead project implementation for ERP Cloud Saas to small & medium size Clients.
- Parallel integration deployment with HCM & CRM module whenever necessary
- Influences customer leadership in acceptance of implemented cloud solutions
- Support pre sales activity by demonstrating ERP cloud solutions to customers
- Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes within ERP cloud solutions
- Manage project progress and provide regular updates to the Clients & Management
- Able to configure the application to meet the client’s business process and requirements and develop workarounds as necessary
- Document standard process flow, requirement study, sign off and any other relevant activities
- Facilitate and conduct train-the-trainer and end-user training
- Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations with other systems
- Communicate and liaise with Key Users for complete analysis of business requirements
- Provide 1st level user support and be the key liaison for support between Clients and Principal
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment to liaise with clients, managing project timeline, and deliver quality of work exceeding client’s initial expectations
- Able to travel as needed in support of assigned projects
- Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
- Excellent verbal and written English communication, active listening and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (IT/Accounting/Business/relevant course) from recognised university. Accounting & Finance knowledge is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equivalent position
- Completed/involved directly multiple projects on ERP Cloud SaaS implementation for medium/large company

The candidate is responsible to feed the Sales team with standard quality of inbound & outbound leads
Responsibilities:
- Create & maintain new social media platform to create interest
- Respond to online enquiries and handover to Sales team
- Plan and execute other online marketing strategy to create interest
- Develop the marketing strategy in line with company objectives
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
- Conduct market research and produce market trend updates
- Use online channel to identify quality leads
- Perform cold calling for appointment setting with the Sales team
- Participate in marketing activities e.g demo, exhibition
Skills:
- Confident to conduct cold call for appointment setting with Sales team
